The Cottage is available for weekly rental.

Weeks that are Rented are shown in red on the calendars.

Weekly Rates for the week of:
May 2nd through 23rd	$1,000
May 30th through June 12th	$1,100
June 12th through June 26th	$1,300
June 26th through August 22nd	$2,200
August 22nd through August 29th	$1,800
August 29th through October 3rd	$1,300
October 3rd through October 24th	$1,000

Terms:

-A deposit of $500 is required to reserve your week(s).

-Balance of rent, damage deposit and 6% Sales tax are due two weeks before occupancy.

-Occupied at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday; vacated 11:00 a.m. the ending Saturday.

-Responsible pet owners are welcome with a Pet Premium deposit.

-Refundable damage deposit $100.
